Take me out to the ball game! I finally
got to do one of the things I have always wanted to do; go to a baseball game!
It was so cool and I had tons of fun! I have always loved watching baseball and
when I found out Jade went to see the Atlanta Braves play without me back in
July, I made her promise me that she would take me to a baseball game before
the season was over. It was game 2 of the Southern League Championship for the Birmingham Barons, and
Jade surprised me with tickets! I've heard a lot of good things about the new Region's Field, so I was very excited to finally check the field out for myself.
I was very excited about this road trip we were
about to take because I knew we were going to have lots fun. Jade wouldn't tell
me what section we were going to be sitting in, so I was really anticipating on
finding out where we were seating. Once we arrived I wanted to take a look at the big seating poster so that I could try and figure out where we were sitting. While I was reading the seating chart poster, I met a new flat friend! Her name is Flat Norah and she is very pretty. I was very excited to finally meet someone of my kind! We stood around the poster and talked for a while, and then decided to exchange numbers. Filled with excitement and more anticipation, Jade and I went to find our seats.
When we finally found our seats, I had to
take a minute to take in the view we had of the night sky, and of course the
view of the field! Just take a look at how awesome our view and seats were.
